Alice Lee (born September 11, 1911 in Monroeville, Monroe County; died November 17, 2014) is an attorney and former newspaper editor, and the older sister of novelist Harper Lee.

Lee is the daughter of attorney and State Representative Amasa Coleman Lee. She graduated from Huntingdon College in Montgomery and worked as editor of the Monroe Journal before accepting a position as clerk in the Birmingham offices of the Social Security Administration.

While there, she enrolled at the Birmingham School of Law, completing her degree in 1943. She returned to Monroeville to practice real estate law with the firm of Barnett, Bugg, Lee and Carter. She also served as agent for her sister, actively shielding her from requests for interviews and public appearances. Lee continued to practice law until declining health forced her to retire in 2012.

Lee died in November 2014.
