Connie Cooner Rowe (born c. 1964) is the chief of the Jasper Police Department.
Rowe is the daughter of former Jasper Fire Department chief Marion Cooner. She graduated from Walker High School in 1981 and joined the department as a patrol officer. Since 1989 she served as an investigator for the Walker County District Attorney's office and also taught classes for the Alabama Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission.
Rowe was one of three finalists for the opening left by the resignation of Danny Patton. She was appointed police chief in on June 28, 2011 and took office on July 6. Among her immediate goals was to address low morale in the department.
