Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home

Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home is located at 2701 John Hawkins Parkway in Hoover on the grounds of Jefferson Memorial Gardens South. The facility includes a 250-seat sanctuary.

The business, managed by Philip Currie, was an affiliate of the Journey Group of Metairie, Louisiana. In December 2020 the funeral home and cemetery property were acquired by Legacy Funeral Group of Houston, Texas for $1.16 million.
