George Witcher

George W. "Wally" Witcher, Jr (born in Gardendale) is an attorney with Farris, Riley and Pitt and a municipal judge for the City of Fultondale.

Fitcher attended UAB for undergraduate school, then earned an MBA from Samford University and his law degree from Samford's Cumberland School of Law. He worked for 20 years as a sole practitioner, specializing in personal injury and bankruptcy cases, before joining Farris, Riley and Pitt as a partner in 2002.

The City of Fultondale appointed as an interim municipal judge, taking the seat of the late Pete Norris in 2007. He was later confirmed to fill the term ending November 3, 2008.
