S. Matthew Dent (born c. 1975 in Columbus, Georgia) is the president of Buffalo Rock Company.
Dent, a graduate of John Carroll Catholic High School, began working at Buffalo Rock's Tuscaloosa distribution center in his early 20s while a student at the University of Alabama, where he earned a degree in marketing. He served as the company's operating officer for several years before being named president in January 2011 by CEO Jimmy Lee III. Dent is the first president of the company not related to its founder Sidney W. Lee.
