Mia Luna was a small 32-seat Italian restaurant owned by Michael Carpri adjacent to his Lou's Pub at 728 29th Street South in Lakeview. Carpri bought the former Rags' Bar and Grill in 2014 and renamed it for his daughter, Mia Catherine. Jesse Thompson was the head chef.

The restaurant served house-made pastrami, pasta dishes, lasagna and sausage balls as well as sandwiches, appetizers and desserts. It shared its 10-seat patio with Lou's and served food to customers waiting in the bar.

Mia Luna closed on December 20, 2015. The space remained vacant until Cashio's Meatball Market opened on October 3, 2016.
