Nolanda Hatcher (born October 30, 1966 in Fairfield) is an architect and attorney. She founded her own architecture firm, NHB Group in 2002 and partnered with Creig Hoskins to open Studio 2H Design in 2015.

Hatcher did office work in local firms while a student at Fairfield High School. After graduating in 1985 she earned her bachelor's degree in architecture at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. She began working as an intern at KPS Group in 1990 and completed a law degree at the Cumberland School of Law in 1997.

Hatcher, then using her married name, Nolanda Bearden, left KPS to start her own firm in 2002. NHB Group has worked primarily as associated architects for larger projects such as schools and commercial development. In 2009 the firm was selected to assist Populous of Kansas City, Missouri in the design of Birmingham's planned domed stadium.

In 2006 she purchased the former Famous Theater on 4th Avenue North and redeveloped it into offices and residences. She moved from Helena to occupy an upstairs residence and her firm relocated from 181 West Valley Avenue. In 2015 she merged her office with Hoskins Architecture to form Studio 2H Design.

In 2020 she was appointed by the Birmingham City Council to serve on the Birmingham Land Bank Authority board of directors.
