Rose Fiorella

Rose Fiorella is a retired high school volleyball coach and educator from Birmingham's Ramsay High School. A graduate of both John Carroll Catholic High School and Auburn University, Rose started the Ramsay program in 1970 and would become an icon for the sport of volleyball within the state of Alabama.

Under her leadership, Ramsay would develop one of the strongest, most well-respected volleyball programs in the state. During her tenure the Rams won 15 Birmingham City School championships, five AHSAA state championships in 19851988 and again in 1990 and a total of 785 winning matches.

Retired since 2001 her efforts resulted in her induction into the Alabama High School Sports Hall of Fame in 2001.
