Russell Stuart Davis (born September 13, 1969 in Birmingham) was a Major League Baseball player. Davis graduated from Hueytown High School in 1987. He played for Shelton State Community College in 1988, and was drafted that June by the New York Yankees. A third baseman, Davis was called up to the Yankees in 1994. After two seasons, he was traded to the Seattle Mariners, where he played four seasons. In 2000 he was picked up as a free agent by the San Francisco Giants. Davis retired from baseball in 2001 when the Giants released him. He played a total of 569 games in the major leagues and was teammates with such stars as Ken Griffey Jr and Barry Bonds.

Davis and his wife Adryne live in Hoover with their three children.
