Scarlett Michelle Singleton Nokes (born c. 1979 in Florence) is an attorney and former prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama.

Singleton is the daughter of Rick Singleton, Florence's chief of police, and his wife, Peggy. She waited tables at the family's barbecue restaurant, Singleton’s, before earning her undergraduate degree at Birmingham-Southern College. She spent a summer as an intern at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia and completed law school at Harvard University. She clerked for Judge Julia Gibbons on the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Memphis, Tennessee and interned at Bradley Arant before joining the U.S. Attorney's office in 2005. She was part of the team that successfully prosecuted former Jefferson County Commissioner Larry Langford in 2009.

Singleton was named one of Birmingham's most beautiful people by Birmingham magazine earlier the same year.

In 2010 Singleton relocated to the Middle District of Tennessee in Nashville. She married John Kelly Nokes, an official with the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, in November 2013. In 2014 she was transferred to the Southern District of Georgia in Savannah. She left the Department of Justice in 2017 and re-joined Bradley, in their Nashville office, as "of counsel". She was made a partner in the firm in 2020.
