SPM, formerly Southeastern Property Management, is an apartment management company founded in 1977 and incorporated a year later by Charles Weldon. It is headquartered at 1103 Richard Arrington Jr Boulevard South. The company is currently headed by William B. Welden.

As of 2024 the company manages 19,519 units in 207 properties across 16 states, and has 756 employees.
