Zion Methodist Church

Zion Methodist Church is a Methodist church located along Elliott Boulevard at 1910 3rd Street South West in Jasper. It was previously located in a building erected in 1939 at 1302 18th Street West Jasper. This building was destroyed by fire on July 29, 2007. The pastor at the time was Anthony Galbreath.

The church was established as part of the North Alabama United Methodist Conference and was known as Zion United Methodist Church from 1968 to 2022. The church's request to disaffiliate from the United Methodist Church was approved on December 10, 2022.
