Overture Vestavia is a planned 173-unit apartment complex under development for a 6.5-acre site near the U.S. Highway 280 and I-459 junction, across from The Summit shopping center.

The complex is being developed by Greystar of Charleston, South Carolina. They acquired the property, part of a 111-acre parcel which houses former AT&T Alabama Operations Center, from Novare Group of Atlanta, Georgia. Greystar's "Overture" brand is marketed to "active adults" over 55 years of age and emphasizes shared amenities including swimming pools, fitness center, bistros, demonstration kitchens, theaters and art studios.
