The Heavenly Donut Company is a doughnut shop located at 4911 Cahaba River Road in Inverness. It is owned by Brock and Kimberly Beiersdoerfer.

The couple was inspired by and sought advice from Don DeWeese, owner of Gibson’s Donuts in Memphis, Tennessee, before opening on January 23, 2013. A federal lawsuit filed by Pelham's Donut Joe's on August 26, 2013 claimed that Beiersdoerfer's father misused confidential information about the business obtained during negotiations for franchise rights in 2010 and subsequently provided protected information to Heavenly Donut Company. Those claims were dismissed as outside of the federal court's jurisdiction.

In February 2014 restaurant review website Zagat.com named Heavenly Donut Company's peach fritter as the donut best representing Alabama.
