Delta Blues Hot Tamales is a planned restaurant set to open in late 2014 in the former Cobb Lane Restaurant location at 1318 Cobb Lane. It is owned by Adam Freis, former manager of the Tavern on the Summit, with his wife, Fawn. They plan to feature cuisine from the Mississippi Delta, where he grew up.
