Harry B. Wheelock (born 1866 in Fort Dodge, Iowa; died February 5, 1940 in Birmingham) was a prominent architect, partner with his father, Charles Wheelock, in the firm of Wheelock & Wheelock, and also the founder of the Rotary Club of Birmingham.

Wheelock was educated in San Francisco, California.

Wheelock married Louise Oakley Coffin on September 29, 1886 and had one child, Mable, who later married Vernon Gray and moved to Woodstock, Vermont.

In 1915 Wheelock was one of the founders of the Continental Power Company in Birmingham.
