Grandview II is a 6-story Class A office building located in Grandview Corporate Park at 3595 Grandview Parkway of U. S. Highway 280. The building, which was developed by Daniel Realty Services and completed in April 1998, contains 149.463 square feet of rentable space. It was designed by Gresham, Smith & Partners and has 597 spaces in its adjacent parking lot. The rear of the building overlooks an artificial lake.

The building was sold in 2006 to Behringer Harvard, a Dallas, Texas investment company headed by Robert M. Behringer. Daniel Realty will continue to manage and lease the building.
