The Western in Gardendale converted to a Food Depot in 2009. See the Jun 17, 2009 NJN issue for more info. Needs work

Well, this article is not a stub, but it needs work on the early history. I found The Birmingham News published obituaries of co-founder Inos Allen Heard around his death on March 7, 1996, but I don't have access to the full text from here. --Lkseitz 11:24, 11 December 2006 (PST)
