The Dulion Apartments is a seven-story apartment building located at 2030 11th Avenue South on the northwest corner of the intersection with 21st Street South in Five Points South. It was built in 1920 by partners W. F. Jackson, Nels Frye, L. E. Dulion and architect Brooke Burnham with financing from the G. L. Miller & Company of Atlanta, Georgia. It is currently owned and managed by Kahn Properties.
The building was constructed of reinforced concrete and hollow clay tile clad in brick and Bedford limestone. The lower level was rented out to retail tenants. The Golden Rod Tearoom operated there in 1925, specializing in Sunday evening dinners and parties.
