Demetris BBQ is a barbecue restaurant located at 1901 28th Avenue South in Homewood. Their specialties include barbecue cooked on an open pit, homemade sides, and signature fried pies.

It was originally opened by Demetri Nakos as "El Rancho" in 1961 a block from their current location. They moved to their current location in 1973 and renamed the restaurant to "Demetris Bar-B-Q". Nakos passed away in 2002, but his son, Sam Nakos, continues to manage the restaurant.
