Park Building in March 2006

The Park Building at Magnolia Office Park is a three-story, 44,000 square-foot office building developed in 1987 by the Lewis Investment Company. The building faces 11th Avenue South and overlooks Brother Bryan Park (formerly Magnolia Park) to the northwest.

The Park building features painted concrete and tinted strip windows on the exterior, a two-story interior atrium, and a multi-level covered parking garage below the main floor. The Park Building joins the earlier Magnolia and Plaza Buildings to make up Lewis' Magnolia Office Park.
