Keith Mims is the owner of AdBest Advertising and a candidate for Birmingham City Council District 6 in the 2017 Birmingham municipal election.
Mims played quarterback at Ramsay High School and attended UAB. Before launching his advertising agency, he owned Vie’s Children’s Shoes in Titusville.
As a community activist, Mims was involved in public appeals for the city to replace Birmingham Fire Station No. 8 in Kingston.
