One-story
I don't think calling it a "one-story" building does it justice. Looking at the Google Street View photos, it appears the space above the door exceeds the door's height. If the door is 6'6", I'd guess the height below the bottom of the roof is 15'. If the door is 8', the first story is probably 20'. And while it's hard to tell with the hipped roof, I think the roof is another door length from top to bottom making the building 21—28' tall.
