2170 Highland Avenue is a two-story office building on Highland Avenue in the Five Points South area of Birmingham. It was originally built as the Travelers Building and housed the local offices of the Travelers Insurance Companies.

From the late 1980's to the late 1990's Complete Health occupied the entire building.

The building was heavily remodeled in 1999 for the offices of Donald Watkins' Alamerica Bank. Watkins formed the First Highland Group to develop the property. An adjoining vacant house was torn down at that time for additional parking. Southpace Properties is the building manager.

On September 1, 2013 First Highland defaulted on the mortgage for the property and quickly filed for bankruptcy protection to negotiate to prevent foreclosure. The Starwood Property Trust of Greenwich, Connecticut acquired the building through a newly-formed LLC in 2017.

In 2018 the property was acquired by CW Holdings and Vulcan View Partners. Matt Kilgore announced that Iron Mountain Insurance and Iron Mountain Investments would relocate to the building.
