The Five Mile Creek Greenway in Fultondale is a 3.5 mile segment of the Five Mile Creek Greenway. The segment is part of a 16.5-mile trail system that follows the path of the abandoned Cane Creek Branch rail corridor that winds its way through northern and western Jefferson County.

The trail is paved with crushed limestone from Black Creek Park to Shady Grove Road, connecting the path to the greenway segment in Gardendale. It will eventually connect to the greenway segment in Tarrant.

The trailhead is located in Black Creek Park and continues west passing beside the Fultondale Bark Park until it connects with the Gardendale segment.
