Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood is a Montgomery-based engineering and architecture firm. It was founded in 1947 by civil engineers George Goodwyn and Don Mills. Steve Cawood joined the firm in 1985. A year later, the company added architectural services. Jeffrey Brewer succeeded Bill Wallace as CEO of Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood in 2018.

Currently Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood has more than 350 employees in twelve offices in Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia. The firm's Birmingham office is located at 2701 1st Avenue South. Associate Mike Hamrick, who began working on designs for American Village in Montevallo while at another firm, continues to serve as the attraction's architect.

In 2019 Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood acquired the Mobile and Daphne offices of Hutchinson Moore & Rauch.
