Lucky Cat Kitchen and Creamery, originally Lucky Cat Rolled Creams, was an ice cream parlor and lunch restaurant founded as an ice cream pop-up in April 2017 by Hannah Slamen and Greg Slamen.
The company began by catering private events and hosting its own pop-up events featuring rolled ice cream, a popular street food in several Asian countries.. On November 17, 2017, the company announced at one of its pop-ups that negotiations to lease a permanent store had succeeded.
