Cullman Regional Airport–Folsom Field (CMD or KCMD formerly 3A1) is a 90-acre general aviation, public-use airfield located just north of Cullman in Cullman County at 231 Cullman County Road 1360 in Vinemont. It is owned and operated by the, Cullman Regional Airport Board, under the auspices of the City and County of Cullman.

The airport's single asphalt-paved runway, designated 2/20, is 5,500 feet long and 100 feet wide, at an elevation of 934 to 969 feet above mean sea level. In 2009-2010 the airport handled 37,830 operations, averaging 103 per day. At that time 57 aircraft were based at Cullman Regional, of which 86% were single-engine planes, 5% were multi-engine planes, and 9% were helicopters.

Air Evac Lifeteam 15, Skydive Alabama and the Wallace State Flight School operate from Cullman Regional Airport.
