The Concord Center time capsule was a metal box deposited behind a metal plaque at the cornerstone of the Concord Center at a dedication ceremony on March 1, 2002.
The plaque depicts the former Jefferson County Courthouse which once stood on the site of the office building. It notes that the time capsule is to be opened on March 1, 2022.
