The Elyton Inn was a former stagecoach stop and hotel operated in Elyton.
After the Elyton Courthouse burned in 1869, the inn served as a meeting hall for the Farrar Lodge No. 41 of the Grand Lodge of Alabama.
During the 20th century, the former inn was divided into apartments.
