The William Clifford and Margaret Spain McDonald Clinic is a geriatric care clinic built and operated by UAB at 1521 11th Avenue South. It houses the outpatient clinical programs of the UAB Division of Gerontology, Geriatrics, and Palliative Care and is the home of the Camellia Medical Group.

Funds for development of the clinic were donated by Cameron Vowell and Billy McDonald in honor of their parents, Mac McDonald and Peggy Spain McDonald. The clinic was dedicated on September 12, 2004.
