This is a list of dog parks, designated areas for off-leash dogs to play and socialize, in the Birmingham area:
- George Ward Park in Birmingham added a 2.6-acre dog park area on October 17, 2009.
- Loch Haven Park in Hoover dedicated a 2-acre dog park in 2010, with a $25,000 ADECA grant.
- Bark Park, a 1½–2 acre dog park adjoining Fultondale's Children's Park, opened in May 2011.
- A 1-acre off-leash park designed by Jenny Wilson, executive director of the Shelby Humane Society, was built at Veterans Park in Alabaster with $500,000 in prize money from the 2011 "Beneful Dream Dog Park" contest. It opened on July 12, 2012
- The Grants Mill Station shopping center in Irondale includes a city-funded dog park, announced in December 2012.
- The privately-owned 6.5 acre Cahaba Beach Dog Park in North Shelby County opened in 2012.
