Ernest C. Mundi Jr (born c. 1958, died April 27, 2011 in Concord) was the co-owner of Steve's Grocery. Mundi died in his Concord apartment during the 2011 tornado outbreak.
Mundi previously owned a Baskin-Robbins ice cream franchise in Bessemer and was a Realtor. He also worked as a bus driver for the Hoover School System. Mundi is interred at Highland Memorial Gardens in Bessemer.
