Commonplace is a 3,000 square-foot collaborative artists' studio space located at 5108 1st Avenue North in Woodlawn. It was opened in 2021 by architect Jared Fulton. The building is configured with leasable workspace for 10 artists, as well as the capability to host exhibitions, classes and community events.
