Swinbrooke

Swinbrooke is a 5,500 square-foot residence at Stratford Road, overlooking Key Circle, which was constructed for John and Louise Beard in 2012. The $3 million brick and limestone house was designed by Jeff Dungan of Dungan Nequette Architects and was inspired by English Tudor-style abbeys. It was built by BRBC, LLC.

Images of pigs adorn many details of the house, many drawn from Mrs Beard's extensive collection. Designer Mary Ruth Caldwell helped to select the best examples to incorporate into the British-styled decor.
