Valley Crest Apartments is a 176-unit apartment complex atop the ridge between the Palisades shopping center and Valley Avenue, at 316 Beacon Crest Lane.
In 2021 the complex was purchased for $13.3 million by an affiliate of a private equity firm which includes J. Matthew Bodnar and Chris Sanders as partners.
