Valley Crest Apartments (formerly Timberfalls Apartments) is a 176-unit apartment complex atop the ridge between the Palisades shopping center and Valley Avenue, at 316 Beacon Crest Lane in Birmingham's Glen Iris neighborhood.
Arcan Capital of Atlanta, Georgia acquired the property in 2018 for $9.78 million. In 2021 the complex was purchased for $13.3 million by an affiliate of a private equity firm which includes J. Matthew Bodnar and Chris Sanders as partners.
