Beignets & Lattes was a coffee shop specializing in beignets that was operated by Carolyn Linski at 1915 Shelby County Highway 58 in Helena from 2019 to 2022.
Linski and her daughter Heather Crittenden closed the Helena location in order to open a larger brunch-focused restaurant in Alabaster.
