Josh (born c. 2016 at the San Antonio Zoo in San Antonio, Texas) is a male African lion (Panthera leo) residing at the Birmingham Zoo who went on display in the Trails of Africa exhibit in June 2022.
He joined Akili, a female residing at the zoo since 2007. Birmingham's lions are part of a nationally-accredited species survival plan.
