Lifeline Children’s Services is an international non-governmental organization with the mission of "mobilizing Christians to serve birth parents in unexpected pregnancies." It was founded in Birmingham in 1981 and currently operates in all 50 U.S. states and in 23 countries from offices at 100 Missionary Ridge Drive, on New Hope Mountain off Brook Highland Parkway.

The organization organized adoptions, provides family restoration services, cares for orphans, and manages educational and counseling programs from an evangelical Christian perspective. Herbie Newell is the president and CEO.
