27th Street North is a north-south street in Birmingham's Norwood, Evergreen and North Birmingham neighborhoods.

Some blocks of 27th Street North in downtown Birmingham, alongside the Georgia Pacific Railroad corridor, were addressed in the 1880s, but never improved. The current street begins at 11th Avenue North.
