Santos Coffee is a coffee grower, importer, roaster and coffee shop owned by sisters Wendy Padilla-Madden and Katie Ellis.

Ellis manages the coffee growing operation in western Guatemala, where the two sisters were raised as fifth-generation growers. Padilla-Madden, who also runs Global Business Advisors and formerly ran The Crimson Café in Tuscaloosa, manages the retail chain.

Santos opened their first café in Birmingham in 2019 and have since expanded to six locations.
