Ama "Ifágbàmílà" Shambulia is a chef, educator and consultant specializing in natural whole foods. Her adopted Yorùbá nickname, "Ifágbàmílà", translates as "Ifá delivered me," in reference to Ifá, a deity associated with wisdom and intellect.

Shambulia has worked as program manager for the WE Community Garden where she developed a successful apprenticeship program.

Weed, Seed, Feed and Read program for urban schoolchildren; and partnered with the Jefferson County Family Court to start a garden project for youths
