Rosser Commons is a 76-acre mixed use development created by Lousville, Kentucky-based developer David Puckett. It is located off of Eastern Valley Road near Bessemer and McCalla.
The $95 million project includes 320 apartments, 200 town homes, a 10-acre park and associated neighborhood retail. The developer plans to reserve a 20-acre site for a future school or church.
