Oladipo Ayodeji "Ladi" Kukoyi (born in Lagos, Nigeria) is the executive director of Birmingham VA Health Care System (BVAHCS).

Kukoyi began his training at the University of Lagos College of Medicine in Nigeria, and then came to Birmingham in 1995 to complete his M.D. with a specialty in family medicine and psychology. He graduated from the UAB School of Medicine in 1999.
