2409–2411 1st Avenue North, also addressed as 2410 Morris Avenue was a 1-story brick-faced commercial building on Block 106B, on the 2400 block of 1st Avenue North.

Since at least 2013 the building has been owned by CIC Properties, a limited liability company registered to Frances Cypress of Dixie Store Fixtures and used for storage before the company shut down in 2019.

The building's north facade was repainted in 2021 or 2022. Its roof and south wall collapsed in April 2023.
