Lakeshore Park Plaza is a modern, glass-clad four-story, 196,800 square foot office building located at 2204 Lakeshore Drive near U.S. Highway 31 in Homewood. It was constructed in 1979-1980.

The property was acquired by the Daniel Corporation and Cousins Properties of Atlanta, Georgia in 1998 and sold again in 2014. Daniel manages the property.
