Chalkville Crossings Apartments is an apartment complex located on Spring Villa Circle off Springville Road next to Huffman High School and backing up to Five Mile Creek. The 3.92-acre complex has 56 units arranged in five two-story buildings and was constructed in 1972.

A fire broke out at the complex on January 28, 2010, damaging 16 units before it was brought under control.
