The Langner Building is a one-story, 5-bay commercial building at 5416–5424 1st Avenue North in Woodlawn.

The brick walls flanking either end of the sidewalk canopy have arched niches containing statues of Saint Mary and protected by metal grilles.

The building was constructed circa 1940 and remodeled in the 1970s. The commercial bays feature aluminum storefront units with doors and fixed display windows and transoms. The bays are divided by tile pillars.

Since 2003 the building has been listed as a contributing structure to the Woodlawn Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.
