Porter Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church (or Porter Chapel C.M.E. Church) is a Christian Methodist Episcopal church located at 2701 10th Avenue in Bessemer. The current building was constructed in 1974. The pastor is Bobby Goliday.
On January 13, 2011 a fire broke out, causing heavy damage to the fellowship hall and smoke and water damage to the adjoining sanctuary.
